I have had great experiences with them, fast service and good prices. Just got a bunch of stuff in last week from them.

 

I've ordered from lancershop.com twice and i've had nothing but fast shipping and they gave me a free EVO t-shirt

I've order through LancerShop with out problems. I normally don't talk bad about a company but there is only one I've had repeated problems with and thats Vivid. My choice though is JSCSpeed. Great customer service and fast shipping!!! Highly recommend.

 

I feel sorry for the people that order from Vivid. Logic Performance and Gruppe-S all the way.

 

I've only ordered from LancerShop.com once, but it was a good experience. There was a mixup during my order about the pedals I bought being in stock at the time -- but they still came only a couple of days after the other stuff I ordered arrived. Not bad at all!

 

When you order on-line with lancershop they are OK. But as soon as you need to call them for any reason you get the phone circle jerk.

 

I bought my exhaust from Lancer Shop and was very happy. A great price, fast shipping, very good customer service. I would receive replys to my pms within a couple hours everytime.

 

I ordered my exhaust last year from lancer shop no problem they told me what the diff. was between some exhaust systems....

Last week I called and got some dumb..B$tch that did not know her a$$ from a hole in the ground. I wanted to buy a turbo the TME when so I asked her how is the top end was ...so she started to read off of the computer then I stopped her and asked her what do you know about it she said nothing................They gotten bigger and hired $6.00 idiots............. So I went to Buschur and got all the help I needed and the Turbo....

yea.....Lancershop is awesome. They are my first priority for my parts.

 

I ordered from lancershop only once. They were very prompt on sending the product out to me.

 

i had the same type of problem they where missing a part and it took 4 days to get to me and i paid for 2 day air shiping.

i told them i want all my money back for shiping it was about 75 bucks and a refund for the part that was missing. they told me i would only get half of my shiping money back i talk to some chick then i just had to get real harsh over the phone with her she called me back and gave me the hole amount.

bottom line i think they suck

 

i rather support local shops then give them my biss...

 

Lancershop needs to respond.
