I have a o2 sim on the rear 02 and i was wondering can i just disconnect the rear o2 so i could put a wideband in place of it ? Or does the computer still need to see sometype of reading from it. Im not actually sure where a disconnect is but i figured that would be easier than getting a bung welded in

 

you can disconnect it if you want to but it will throw a CEL light. it would be better to just do a mechanical o2 fix and just weld in a bung closer to the turbo.

 

the connection is under the passenger seat.

 

The wide-band sensor should be before the cat, not after.
