Help with Red Line fluids...different areas to use it in????

I am confused. Red Line sells Heavy Duty Shock Proof which I put in my rear diff. However, there is another product Red Line sells called 75-90 that's not called Heavy Duty Shock Proof. But, on the back of the labeled Heavy Duty Shock Proof bottle, it says 75-90. I was told the two are very different and you should use the 75-90 in the rear.....but be sure and use the Heavy Duty Shock Proof. Making this more confusing, no shop selling the Red Line knows the difference?????????????

On my MR.......does the transfer case also include the front diff. I am confused on how many different places there are on my MR to change the fluids. As for my tranny, I used BG synchroshift.

After racing successfully in 100+ degree heat, I want to change everything out, but want to make sure I use the right fluids!

Who can set me straight on all this? Thanks.
