I spoke with a salesperson on the phone, told me they just got their EVO in this morning. I'm going to go down and take some photos (High Res, 5.2 mega pixel Sony camera)...

if anyone is interested in hosting these pix when im done, please let me know i'll shoot them over via email (id do it but image station makes the pix smaller and reduces quality)

So Mr. Salesperson ALSO tells me that the USA will only get, if i heard him correctly... 1500 Evo VIII TOTAL.. i was laughing, inside.

we all know the number will be more like 5 thousand, plus minus (if is smart and wants to make money)

anyway, dont know the color.. dont care. i will take a bunch of pictures. i wont leave anything out.

EDIT: back from taking pictures.. looking someone to host 156 original sized photos @ 85MB ZIP.

hmm that dealer is only a few miles away maybe i will stop by and see if i can hear them turn it on and whatnot.

 

Try to take pix of every inch of that Vehicle possible. OMG I can't wait to see those....

ok guys im back.. all i can say - drool

they had a 2 yellows, and one red. one base model, yellow. 2 with sunroof.


i am loading the pictures, AND VIDEO onto my computer right now... the salesperson gave me total access to the car. just handed me the keys and was like, ill be inside if u decide to steal the car (i was tempted)...

i got video of a startup inside, and startup outside. hopefully it wasnt too noisy on Van Nuys... the evo is actually very quiet at idle, and at startup.. revs nice tho

i am very proud to say that all of the pictures i took came out VERY VERY nice.. just under 170 pictures of high resolution goodness..

ill choose the very best tho..

there is a crappy image station hosted photo, i assure u the original is 10000000x better.. ill be sending out the emails soon.
