Authority Short Shifter Kit??

Hey guys ... wondering if anyone here has bought the LS Authority EVO 5pc Short Shifter Combo : Lancer EVO 8 from www.lancershop.com yet??

Was thinking of getting the B&M Shifter, but the Authority kit sounds like a GREAT deal, as you get the bushings and retainer clip included. Is the price so cheap because these kits are lacking in quality??

Anyone out there that has this kit installed .... let me know what you think of it!!

Thanks,
Nick

It's a nice little package. I definitely noticed more positive shifting from it. I think the 2pc underhood bushings make the most difference.

The 2 pc underhood bushings definatly make a difference. I got mine from buschur, top notch quality as usual from those guys. I dont have a short shifter yet but I know the adjustable b&M does come with bushings as well...

Just installed mines today. It is VERY stiff though.. (or maybe it feels that way because i've never had a short shifter b4 on any car heh)

Also did you guys notice your shifter tends to lean more to the right side when in neutral?

Mines seems to lean towards the right side, i'm wondering if its supposed to be that way, or if I did mines wrong.
