I feel bad for the guy. Gave me a flash back of my accident, but mine wasn't wrapped around a tree. It's crazy how the steering wheel is pushed almost onto the passengers side.

As for the people who come on here and talk about how their insurance rates are going to go up. **** YOU! Two people are in the hospital and all you can think about is money? Once you bought the car you have to think about insurance. If you can't handle the insurance then don't buy the car, simple as that. High insurance comes with a High performance car, plain and simple. Sorry had to rant.

The reason I'm upset and mention the insurance is because they were acting immature in their car that lead to the result we see. And thats all I'm going to say about that.

Actually, two people are in the hospital because one of them's an idiot (not once, but twice) and people get sick and tired of subsidizing other people's stupidity (ergo higher insurance rates).

That being said, it's amazing they're alive. I'd say I hope he learns from his mistake, but it looks like his learning curve is a little steeper than most.

Actually Im really impressed that the EVO held up that well to a highly focused impact on the worst possible part of the car. This same kinda impact is were you see those horrible pictures of cars cut completely in half and everyone dead. Anyone know this kid?

I feel bad for the female passenger, but not him at all. His parents need a good flogging also for allowing him to get another EVO.

Thank god this dip**** didn't kill anyone, its bad enough that he hurt an innocent passenger. I would sue his *** off, he'd be lucky to afford an 84 Chevette after I was through with him/his family.

They should throw the parents in jail for attempted manslaughter...That is obnoxious. He wrecks one and then wrecks another one. I am sorry, but that is total bullsh$t. I feel bad for the kid because his parents didnt do their job and keep him safe. Although I agree with most people here that the kid was wrong for going so fast, but honestly, we've all done that when we were 17, especially if I had my hands on an Evo. I'm not going to sit here and argue that 17 year olds shouldnt be allowed to own an evo, but honestly, if the kid totals one, you've really got to reconsider whether he should get another. The parents are pathetic.
