If you've never done a turbo install before, it can be a bit difficult. You pretty much have to take all the intercooler pipes, intake, radiator, and downpipe to get the turbo out. Have a shop manual ready and also a torque wrench. Good luck.

i'm not trying to argue with you or anything but i pulled my turbo and manifold without removing the radiator and just disconnecting the lower ic pipes, and it was pretty easy, only took a couple hours to get out and back in. if you know what your doing. and that was my first time doing it

Hmm.. now that I think about it, it can be done w/o pulling the radiator. I was originally trying to install my 10.5 hotside w/o pulling the turbo, so I already had mine out when I decided to pull the turbo.

according to buschur, 10.5 hotside and titanium wheel for quicker spool, you should probably ask them about it sinc you got it from them
