best exhaust for evo's
Weight savings goes a long way. What's the diff. between an RS and GSR again? How much are you paying less for an RS? ~$3k? How much weight savings are you getting there? Not only is Ti one of the strongest metals, it can't rust and is very light. I doubt you only save 8lbs with a Ti exhaust either. I'd say more along the lines of 10-15lbs -which is a lump sum when trying to save weight. Not to mention JIC's craftsmanship is far superior than a company like EBAY RACING.

$600 for 3" stainless steel (doesn't rust) TBE or
$800 for 3" cat-back titanium
Yeah, I'd love to have a full, titanium exhaust, but there's no way in hell I'd pay for it. Hell, I didn't even pay for half my TBE to begin with...

Man when it comes to mod's i'm looking for effective mods -- not costly. I'm sure the titanium exhaust is great weight savings, looks amazing and produces an awesome sound. To me, and some others, the extra 500 dollars isn't worth it. To each their own
I personally let my pocket book make most of my decisions -- along with some good research and personal experience. Pick what you would like, you really can't go wrong with either SS or Titanium.

^^^ not always true...you wont really net any hp difference from different 3 inch exhaust, its only a pipe. Its pretty much based on how the welds are, and how striaght through it is( least bends) and material( steel, aluminum, ti, etc..) really their is no best exhaust because its all based on opinion. If you go with a name brand, you cant go wrong.
