Aftermarket hollow cams?

Does anyone make an aftermarket hollow cam for the 4G63? The stock ones are hollow I understand so why not in the aftermarket.

I don't know. I think I remember that HKS are not hollow, someone should look into that.

HKS cams are solid and they had never changed their design since the early 4G63 days. The Eclipse OEM cams were not hollow, and therefore HKS did not start with hollow billet. FWIW, 4G63 engine had never equipped with hollow cams until EVO8.
