Thumbs down Thousand Oaks Mitsu IS A JOKE.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday hoping to have my air conditioner leak fixed by this Friday. Called them around noon today and was told that they would call me back ASAP. Call them back at 4PM!!! o the aftermarket radiator rubbed against the hose so we cannot give you warranty service on it. Hmm last I checked the PWR radiator was the same size as stock radiator? If not it wouldn’t fit? So after all this wasted gas and time they tell me they cannot have the hose until Friday the day I leave for Vegas. I have read on this forum that several people have had the same issues I am having with the stock radiator. THOUSAND OAKS MITSU SERVICE IS CRAP. I will not take my car back. Ever. I’ve never seen such a cheap *** service department in my life, I would advise to EVERYONE who is looking for warranty work to find another dealer. Thank you I am done. btw THOUSAND OAKS MITSU

Sorry to hear that man. It seems like if there's ANYTHING aftermarket on the car the dealers will use it against you.

I recently got a recall for turbo coolant lines. Not looking forward to dealing with the dealer.

What's the point of having a warranty, if no one honors it ?

Everyone from Chevy to Honda gives you crap about warranty work if you mod your car.

That's most likely what it really come down too.

It also depends how mod friendly the dealer really is.
