Evo High Beam Replacement?

Does anyone have a quick how to on replacing the high beam bulbs? Do I need to remove the bumper or can I get in there with midget hands?

I don't have small hands and I replaced my fog light and high beam bulbs without removing anything on my car. All you have to do is pop the wire connector off and rotate the bulb to release the locking tabs, then reverse the process to get the bulbs back in. I found them very easy to do actually.

^^

Yep I agree, the HIDs are the only bulbs that require the bumper to be removed. Maybe the blinker or parking lights as well since they are on the side as well.
