So im at the marcus dairy meet today and these guys from auto masters in westchester start talkin alot of smack. I mean i dont mean to sound rude to them or anything, but this guy said that al or pruven or buschur or ams would not be holding their records anymore. Correct me if im wrong and these guys are actually going to do this. He claimed that innovative turbo's is custom making them a biggg turbo and he claims they will have 1300 crank horsepower and will have around 1000 to the wheels. I dotn know but i think this guys on drugs. lol not without a 2.8l gt50RR and a 150 direct shot of nitrous.

 

Yeah I claim that I have a 14" .. and that all the girls love me.

It might take take years until this guys actually produce 1300HP.

By the way, What shop or who has the most powerful Evo?

i think its ams or turbo trix. Al has the fastest evo without nitrous and i think its turbo trix that rant he 9.77 with nitrous.

 

theres no point to bluffing in this game though. Its not like everyone else is gonna back out, They're gonna call it every time.

 

1000whp tho... what's the highest right now, only like 800 or so right? i dunno, just sounded a little outrageous to me. there needs to be precedence.

These guys are new to the game though. Its like a father son type place the dad intsall shyt ans the son does tuning. Oh and by the way the son just learned how to tune. Not only did they say they would have the fastest evo, they would have the fastest sti also.

Those are pretty lofty claims especially for a guy who just learned how to tune. Pruven is running 689 whp @ 40 psi... thats the highest evo horsepower i've seen. granted you guys might have heard of something higher but 1300 hp?? thats a bit outlandish! are they gonna use a supra engine?

A few Facts:

Turbotrix holds the worlds fastest evo8 record with a 9.77@146 about 1.5 yrs ago. They recently ran 9.93@148 on radial street tires making them the 2nd fastest on radials behind AMS, there are no other 9 sec radial tire cars at this time, all others on slicks/bias ply.

Al went 9.98@138 one time, he ran a few 10.2s@139-140, kevin Lawson drove Al's car to 10.1@141.

Buschur's evo/evos have gone low 10s.

Pruven has gone MID 10 sec passes with a Toyo street tire, not a drag tire, No nitrous.

AMS evo has made 775HP to the wheels without nitrous, and actually backed that big # up by running 9.92@145 without nitrous at the evo vs wrx event at englishtown. They backed it up that same day by running 10.0@145. They are currently the fastest evo8 without nitrous period. AND, they are the fastest with a true street type radial tire.

ISP has made some crazy HP #s, but god knows what that's worth if it doesn't run anything remotely represenative at the track.

Curt Brown has run 10.2@141+ with the AMS gt35r setup and a host of other AMS parts. He is also running a 17" radial tire.

That's it, let's not get into fantasy, anyone else yapping, it's just that, yapping, they sure didn't show up at any of the meets to show what they got.
