The S2000 is horrible on long commutes, I go almost deaf by the end of the day. But you are right, the mileage is better.

None taken. Honestly, the gas bill I can afford. I just get so angry when I fill up that it really takes alot of fun out of driving the evo. I feel like I am getting raped, and I guess everyone else on this board feels the same way.

premium in usually only 20-30 cents more per gallon, thats should not make or break anyyone. If you're already paying 3.50 per gallon I am sure a few more dollars to fill your entire tank won't be that big of a deal. I am sure you can make small sacrafices to put the right fuel in your car.

Yea but yall dont realize putting 87 in his car i bet he wont see 280 per tank
Because of the low octane it will use more fuel!

Yeah you can run 87 no problem, just dont floow it, as long as you don't boost, your compression ratio is SO low that you would have an issue, In fact just disconnect your wastgate actuator, your car will be slow as **** but run 87 like a champ
