Evo Storage

Well i cant take my evo to school so i will be storing it in the garage till next year. I will keep the car on jack stands with a full tank of gas. I will prob. start the car atleast every two weeks and let it run on the jack stands. Does anyone know if i should add dry gas or is that bad for the car? Also is it better if I leave the car in neutral or first. thanks

If it were me, I would add Stabil and leave it in neutral. Also make sure to run it up to operating temperature. Also, make sure your coolant is ok for the temps over winter.

Dont let the suspension hang, put the stands under the suspension. Leave it in neutral. As long as the tank is full of good fuel, you shouldn’t need the gas dry.

seems like a good idea... but if you are starting the car every 2 weeks can it not be driven around for a mile or so, to avoid flat spots?

There are special ramps you can buy that are rounded so that the tires won't get flat spots and you won't leave the suspension hanging free. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, maybe they can post a link.

My drive way is on a steep hill, so if there is snow outside i wont get anywhere.

Is it really bad if the suspension hangs?
