Buying my evo

does anyone know what checks mitsu dealers do before you trade in your car? im trading in and 02 spec v this week for an evo and im wondering what i should look for...do they scan your ecu or anything?

All they did with my trade in was make sure it drives fine then a carfax check.

when i traded in my old car for the evo all they did was took it for a short drive around the block to make sure it drove right.

sounds about right. when i did my trade i turned in a motorcycle and a truck and they didnt even drive the bike.

not only did they never drive mine, but between the time i made the deal and picked up my evo i put another 1000 miles on my jeep and they still gave me the price we had agreed on which was already like 3k above book value

sounds good, im just worried because i have an aftermarket clutch which is a little jerky for newb drivers so i thought they might say something
