If you take out the airguide, will you hear it better? I just want the sound and keep the car in stock condition. Its a well tuned machine already so i dont wanna be messing with its components. YEAH no VTA for me thanks

Not true. I run VTA and I know plenty of other evos that do too. If you want to hear the sound, run VTA. If you want to hear the noise but keep a recirc valve on then get an intake.

That's retarded. The snorkel is there to PROVIDE COLD AIR TO YOUR AIRBOX. You won't hear jack squat with a panel filter, and nor should you care.

Yea, you would just be taking away performance to your car

I ran a panel filter with a Forge DV and I could hear the noise. It wasn't super loud, but it was lough enough to hear that was for sure.
