This thread doesn't really mean anything without actual numbers. We all know how accurate the butt dyno is...

good to hear it is running well. You are in good hands with Al and Pruven. The GT3076 is a real nice upgrade.

I have to say that your product has improved greatly over time and the current issue really worked very well indeed.

The spool up as the customer has stated was really imprssive and the power band was very smooth.

Its too bad that the car blew up the stock clutch so quickly or we would have had some nice dyno numbers.

BTW - I tune all AEM equiped cars on the road first for several hours - then we put them on dyno for final adjustments as needed - (most do not need final adjustment). With a mustang dyno you can tune the whole car on the dyno.

This car's tuning was arrested when we reached the limitation of the stock ignition with the AEM - he needs a HKS twin fire to finish off the tune and also a new clutch.

I don't understand that. Shouldn't you tune on the dyno to get things close and then use the street tune to dial in things exactly for real world loads?

nan man street tune good get more load on car becasue can have a incline more load. and what not. with a dyno they are right just for very final ajust ments. as they said. i think street tune in ways are safer.

420whp seems kind of low on pump and alky, ive seen some people on this forum get that much from just pump alone. do you think there is alot more left in power? i would think you can get 450+whp, as some people have on just the rnr 50trim.

well also he was only runing 22psi i belive he said. so if they were going to run the full boost they can with that turbo they can deff hit that numbers and with the alky at full combastey boost. they will i think hit 500hp. and then have to be careful not to be brack tranfer cases and trann and diff and axles ahh thats going to be a head ack.

ya may see the numbers but it wont pull down the road. becasue the turbo is working so hard to hit those. while the air is way to hot. and with other the number maybe same but turbo not on its runing mode. so air cooler. and cooler air = good.
