LanEvo8 front end:Looks like alot of xtra space
Is it me or does it look like you can fit your arm up to your elbow before touching the engine/intercooler?...as compared to the Evo7?
A cat might crawl up into to the engine bay through the hole, sleep there and take a dump? lol
Also what does the Evo8 key even look like?
also doubles for smiley waving hand over a turdpile

The front bumper is rounded out quite a bit, but there is almost no room in the engine compartment. The radiator and front cross member are much further behind the front of the bumber and the intercooler.
There is only about 2" between the turbo and the radiator, which is why there is that huge exit air vent right above, to get rid of all that heat.
The key looks like any other Mitsubishi or Honda etc key.
It has a large black plastic/rubber piece covering it.

And there is a molded bottom part that covers the whole front end of the car underneath, so nothing can get up there.
The key looks like the key from any other
with the engine immobilizer.

There's actually 1 panel that comes off in the front, which gets you to everything that you need to get at. It was designed to be taken off easily....
(though it did take our Techs a min to figure out how to originally put it on... hehehe)
