Evo x mr tranny issues

Evo x mr tranny issues

.Does anybody know why my evo x shifter won't slide over to manual mode or to the +/- it seems like its locked but it drives good not tranny issues at all what could it be the problem.

is your car stock? if so, bring back to the dealer.
this tranny is not fun to deal with if it has any problems.

The shifter processes info through can data. However it still has physical linkage to tranny just in case of data network issues. A fail safe so speak. Check to make sure nothing under the hood is interfering with cable travel. If all clear there look in shift boot. There are some guide clips that may have come off track. It helps to have an extra set of hands and be careful. Watch closely what you plug and unplug.
