....what the problem? bad idle.. does the car die? the RPMS go way low?
We need to know more prior to helping you.
What mods do you have? when did it start happening? how long has it been going on? etc.

lately it seems to be getting worse. whenever i come to a stop, whether it be in nuetral or gear, it goes down 500-600rpm then after a few secs back to around 1000. if the ac or heat is on its even worse. i recently had an alarm installed, somehow my safc2 settings were changed, when i got the car back it ran like complete crap. ive had my settings put back in. the car overall runs back the way it used to, but the idle is still crap.

Go back to the stock intake (put a K&N dry drop-in filter in it) and get a recirc BOV (Greddy Type-S, JDM MR, etc.). That should take care of your idle problems.

Forge RS Valve

I have the Forge RS valve in Rec and it works better than anything i have ever used on any of my car's before if your going to spend Money might as well get something that you can use with any setup you may have down the road. and has a life time warranty, try that with many of the other valve and they will most likely tell you to buy a new one.
