If a person really wants the car, the 73 miles could be overlooked. At this point in the game, it is getting harder to find an MR that is close to where one lives. Sure it's scary to think about what happened to the car during those 73 miles, but once you start driving it, you'll forget all about that. I just wouldn't mod it right away, so that in case something goes wrong with the car, you can get it fixed under warranty.
