For those of you running the Exedy Twin clutch

I just got done installing my Exedy Twin disk clutch. Man....what a hassel that was, hope I don't every have to do it again but anyways, question is, do you need to re-adjust the clutch pedal height? It's not going into 1st gear as smooth as it should. Sometimes it'll lock me out and I have to pump the clutch a few times to get it in. Once it gets going, it shifts pretty smooth into every gear. I've also did the shorter rod extender and the SS clutch line (banjo bolt was a pain in the ***) at the same time as clutch install. Thanks in advance.
