Get a cambfered pad if you dislike squealing. It decreases the amount of pad in contact with the rotor but will stop the squealing. Try EBC greenstuff.

mine squeaked too when new, but i had already read about it on evom so i knew it was normal. the squeaking went away at around 10000 miles.

ive got ~3k miles and havent heard a peep, but i do usually have the stereo on...
