If you start throwing P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold you will need to O2 replication sensor from Buschur. Just so you know...because it does throw the car into SAFE mode.

You have an 05 and only a few DP will fit the 05. I know that the JIC, the DC Sport (cat-less), and the Wroks will fit the 05. These are 3-inch pipes. All the 2.75 inch pipes will also fit, like the HKS and Espelir.

The buschur is good for power gains, but is one of the ugliest looking systems and sounds like a broken john deere tractor. IMO

The buschur 3" TBE is maybe 1/3 that makes TOP power, not to mention the weight savings compared to other systems. I happen to like more of a stock looking muffler fit personally and I wish they offered a magnaflow that looked like stock and fit up in the underside like the stock muffler.

I am not a fan of the way the can angles up on either magnaflow muffler. I have had both.

I do like the Vishnu Signature series muffler design.

Where'd you get that idea? A 420 doesn't affect engine operation at all. I ran several track events with the CEL on.

You know that you don't see the exhaust except the tip. I've never heard a broken john deere tractor.

Maybe he's talking about the ones that stick out a few inches? It will go flush with the bumper, loosen the muffler clamp and hit it with a rubber hammer. Never heard John Deere tractor, though I have been confused for a low flying plane.

+1 for Buschur

If you are worried about being loud, go with the Magnaflow option (like I did). Looks good and barely louder than stock. Good gains and a great product.

If your driving behind the car with a buschur system you see the whole muffler kind of angled up then the tip comes out. It's hard to explain but it looks ugly to me. A bunch of evos up here have the buschur but i think there switching.

i have a br turbo back no cat, and o2 simulator... didn't get the quiet muffler. its loud, but then again who cares? i get more compliments on how my car sounds than on any other car i have ever had. The exhaust was taken off of a buddy's car who parted his evo the same week i got mine. The exhast now has around 50k - 60k miles on it between the two cars & i haven't had one problem with it at all. great fitment, great sound, drops a decent amount of weight, i think the tip looks stock... i have no complaints. just buy.. u won't regret it
