cool site ,we have had our evo Vi for about 2 weeks ,and loving it !
its a '99' satalite silver GSR ,scorpion exhaust and a hks filter,
so pretty standard at the moment , its good to see that evo's are loved all over the world from the I to the soon to be IX , cant wait for the waggons to come out either

Was the Evo 6 based on the Mirage platform or the Lancer platform like the Evo 7? Nice car BTW...now start modding the snot out of it!

The 6 was based off the mirage chassis aka CP9A, the 7 was based off the Lancer Cedia's CT9A, it is the same chassis in the 8 and 9. Evo 9 will be the last iteration of the CT chassis for an Evo. The 10 will be a completely new vehicle from the ground up

 

BTW, you Limey's are so damn lucky, enjoy your car it is beautiful, congrats

Hey do you live in/near Bury St Edmunds (East Anglia)? or Norwich ? Cause in the first pic it looks like Norwich behind where my son lives, where there was a silver "v"reg evo and the 2nd pic looks like my old street in Bury. BTW congrads on the purchase

The Evo VI and TME are probably my favorite Evos. I like them better than my old VIII.
