$448 repaint for my front bumper

What do you guys think? Is it too expensive? How much are you paying for a quality paint gob? I had to repaint my g style bumper after a small fender bender. It really sucks!

If they are repainting the bumper and blending the color into the fenders and hood, that's a fairly typical price. If they are just painting the bumper and you're going to put it on the car, it's a bit expensive.

Yeah if you do it yourself. My friend paints cars for a living. And it is a little more than that. Our car is a basecoat clearcoat, so i highly doubt it can be done that cheap.

Yeah, I think that $90 is definitely an overseas special... I bought a handwoven shirt and custom made leather sandals in Guatemala for $10, but it ain't happening here...

Thanks everyone. I think I'll just pay them. It hurts my pocket but they do a great gob. At least I know it will turn out perfect.

$90 sounds like the Maaco special where its some fat redneck painting your car with a can of spray paint from Home Depot in one hand, and a Milwaukee's Best in the other hand.
