With all these mods, whp #?

These mods plan to come to me ALL at ONCE soon:

- Megan turbo mani, 02 housing, turboback
- Denso 720cc injectors
- Walbo 255 fuel pump
- helix ic piping
- Hks 272 cams

the only mod I have right now is intake and mbc

What whp # can I put down with all these mods and a custom tune flash?

Thanks~

Depends on your year, octane, elevation, dyno type, temperature, and humidity...

91 octance

Phoenix, Arizona.. not sure exact elevation

Temp will most likely be in the 90s

Hah, yeah, those factors will make a huge difference.

I would say around 280-290whp unless they have the dyno calibrated the wrong way so as to please customers.

On a Dynojet at sea level with 93oct, I'd say 330-340whp, otherwise.

My guess is your going to make 260-270WHP with 91 oct pump gas on a Mustang Dyno, which isn't too bad, that's like 300WHP on a dynojet. Too reach 350WHP on a Mustang Dyno, IMO your gonna need very good ECU tuning (flash, piggyback, or EMS) and an alcohol kit running boost at 26PSI. With those two modifications, you should gain atleast 40-50WHP. There are some other mods you can you can still do without upgrading the turbo, such as upgrade the intercooler, cam gears, ignition mods, engine build mods, and more tuning and 28PSI boost should net you atleast another 30WHP.

You need to move.

Ok, really. By your comment here, I gather that you don't understand the effects of octane, temperature, or elevation on your power output. You also don't seem to understand the difference between dynos. I think you need to do a LOT of reading and a LOT of research before worrying about making 350whp, because that is just an arbitrary number that is meaningless without context. 350whp in that heat at that elevation on a mustang dyno with 91oct is crazy talk. You would need an upgraded turbo for sure.

If you get an alky kit, things start to get a bit easier, because you can run higher boost all day long with a more aggressive tune than on 91oct, but you still won't be at 350. What you should do is not set your goal at some mythical number, but rather compare yourself to other cars in the area on the same dyno. Find one that you want to match as far as power and go with that instead of worrying about some arbitrary number.

You will loose from injectors for sure as well unless you are tuning it with AEM or a very good custom tune. It will lower your hp numbers a little but definetely upper your torque. Of course that all depends who is tuning. When I was running 780cc on my evo with BR Stage4, it definetely didn't help me. If I had little smaller ones, it would have been easier to tune and would make my numbers little bit more.. throttle response is a different story.

But bigger injectors will not make the throttle response smooth either. I would stay with 650s or 660s at the most at your level.

If I remember correctly, Mr. Buschur, is still running 660s in his Evo even with this all Stage4 and 20g turbo which is running a higher boost then most of stock turbos.
