Mitsu Dealers Order the EVO IX today!!!

All the Mitsu dealers put there official orders for EVO IX's today. There was a build restriction on the MR's so the first shipment will be gray MR's only.

The good news is the regular Evo IX will be available in the Graphite Gray, just like the MR.

But with good news comes bad.

Since this was the first day for ordering. It takes one month for the cars to be built and another 2 to 3 weeks for shipping, so the first Evo's should arrive in mid November.

Let this be fair warning.

Don't be a dumb *** and pay over MSRP for the IX. If you need help getting one at MSRP let me know, regardless of what state you live. (Esspecially Hawaii)

I talked to a local Mits dealer and they said there was a hold on the 06 lX MR's. They said I could leave a deposit to ensure that I get an MR. I told her I wanted GG. So the GG will be the first MR's that come out?

GG will be the first MR available. We have been allocated 15 IX to our store for the first shipment.

allocation depends on the volume the dealer has sold throuout the year.

So even if the store promises to hold an Evo for does not mean they will get it in right away.

We still have many Evo's with no deposit

Yea I had mine locked in at MSRP for a few months now. I had white as my first color choice but now that it's being made in graphite gray I asked the dealership if he can try to get a hold of a graphite gray evo IX, I can't wait.

Evojoe,

Would you suggest that I go to the biggest dealer (in sales) in hopes they will get the 06 MR GG in first and leave my deposit? Can you find out what the allocations are for another dealer?

Thanks PCW

I too am a Mitsu sales person. We also were able to make out first Evo order. We havent yet received pricing on the IX. I'm sure it is coming very very soon, any day now.

If anyone in the midwest area is looking, let me know. We won't be charging over MSRP. The hype that accounted for the 2003 over sticker pricing is far gone. I am from Showcase Mitsubishi in Bay City MI, home of ESP national Winning EVO.
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=160267 We really like to cater to Evo buyers.
