Just got a 2005 Evo VIII
Traded in a 98 TA for a 05 Evo best move I've done so far. This car stock for stock out performs my TA 100% in every way. I got the EVO for 28,600 and 0 APR, color is silver with no SSL. Figured that I would just find a Moonroof installer locally and pay cash out right. Quick question is the MR the only model that comes with fog lights? Oh yeah the dealer manager gave me this 10 minute speech inregards to modifying the car. He said I cant put exhaust, intake, etc on the car or my warranty is voided.....

welcome aboard dan. and dude, don't sweat what the manager said. find another dealer that's more service friendly. intake, exhuast and other straight bolt-on's shouldn't cause any problems with most dealers, some don't even mine heavy mods.
oh, and after you've driven the evo for a little while i'd love to hear a detailed comparison between it and the TA (handling, acceleration, comfort, visibilty, anything you can think of).
