Do you want the catless TBE with the BR Race Muffler or the Magnaflow Muffler?

I can tell you right now without magnaflow it's LOUD. I really don't know how people daily drive with it.

I have a video with pretty good sound from my last trip to the track this past weekend. I've got the TBE, catless, with magnaflow. I've had my muffer for almost 2 years so it's definately louder than when you first get it

justchil i am thinking about the catless turboback with magnaflow.......i am wondering though is it quiet enough to talk on the phone and hear music easily when not at WOT? is it too loud to take clients around in? i really dont want to get the cat.

So the MachV clip isn't the magnaflow? It didn't really seem that loud. The other clip....too loud for my tastes.

It's hard to capture how loud it is on tape. With the Race Muffler and a high-flow cat I measured at 97db (Cali legal limit is 95) at 5000rpms and I assume it's several db higher without a cat. In other words over 100db. Somewhere between a subway car and a jet engine In fact, that's probably the loudest setup if you're talking about a full exhaust including "muffler".

"Level at which sustained exposure may result in hearing loss: 90 - 95dB"
