Well judging on that link above, I'm guessing stock cloth seats cost about 1800 a piece? Just buy them straight from recaro. These are nice http://www.hopupracing.com/resp5ha.html

That's F*&king ridiculous! 7k for seats, are they gold plated? I mean this is out there, but would you let someone F^%k you in the a##? Because thats what you would be doing by paying that for seats!

Wow... I guess I was pretty close. That's amazing that nearly 1/4 of the car's value can be charged for the leather seats...

I am only worried that they wil total it out. $7k for the seats..maybe $1k for body work, and $1k for extra stuff. maybe not. they will just have to cut me a big phat check.

Seriously, check out those Sparcos^^ They are AWESOME and @ less than $1K fully customized... I don't personally wanna spend $1k each on seats, but in this case it may make sense...

thats exactly what i did about 2 years ago when some s$%thead stole my seats. i called mitsu to order the new seats and they said $7500 not including labor so i pretty much told them to go you know where...

the next week i had a set of bride brix2 seats in my car and it only cost me 1/7 of the price....

Yeah you'll get like 50-70% of the damage paid back.
