so that's why they are rated at 286 HP instead of 276 like the 05... my 05 dynoed 7 whp higher when i installed a MR bov on a mustang this was a stock dyno > MR bov.

 

i dont think having the MR bov upped the HP. its a different tune. bov' sdo not increase hp.

 

so how do you explain my HP increase (increase in power was 5k-7k rest of powerband was the same), that is the only Mod i have since my stock dyno on the same dyno? i'm pretty sure it fixed my boost leak due to stock bov.

prolly just held boost more steady between that rpm stance. Wont show it on an analog gauge but on a digital it would.

 

drop the price of the bov??? dude its 110$ cheaper then every other bov for the car, prob half the price of every other bov.

 

It's US spec now though, so you'll probably be able to pick them up at the stealership =p

 

1g bov, if crushed, is just as good and costs like half the price

you explain yer up in hp by your having a less than tolerable bov stock. now wtih a more competant bov you make the "proper" hp.

how do all the people notice a mere 7 hp... i dont think i can truly tell a difference.

the best part of the 1g is that it is flanged.
