ok the header isnt coated in this pic. Its leaving today for it actually. The coated one you saw earlier was for england. Chris' will look identical to that.

THe beginings of the 4" exhuast are here along with radiator placement (decided to go with a slim) and FMIC mounting. Still a long way to go but we are making some damn good progress.

That thing is sick. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night with that thing in my garage.

Eric, would the turbo of fit between the block an radiator if he wanted to keep the stock radiator?

yes it would but its pretty tight. on our shop car it fits with about a half inch of clearance but we run some pretty solid mounts. The cooling capability of that small radiator is pretty impressive so we figured if we didnt have to shoe horn it in there then why not free up some room...and weight.

Eric, do you see Chris's car as being able to make the same power the shop car does? Or will it be higher with the 2.3l?

We all know it will rock I just want to see what it will spool at. I want to see these 4600-4800rpm claims come to life, so I can be next. I still think full boost will be north of 5K.

tru to see what RPM the turbo comes to life would influence me to the 35 or the 42, still the 42 set up is tempting to get on sheer "size matters" factor

Great job guys, Eric, will that radiator work for a RR setup? I am always looking for ways to shed weight, without having to give up the twinkies.
