I have the HKS SSQV for EVO VTA, no idleling problem at all, i was wondering would i make more power if i were to Recirculate??

 

you wouldn't get more power, but you would save your turbo's ****

It recirculates the air to pre-turbo spool....so unless you're saying...the turbo is spooling "cooler" air, but it might be diluted by the influx of more warmer air from the intake..


I think one can make the argument recirc decreases lag...but that might even be insignificant as well.

 

No , I dont think you will make any more power . The hks is the best valve to have for holding boost . But your idea of "no ideling problem at all" is prob VERY diffrent that mine (VTA SUCKS)

 

It wont make more power recirculated BUT it will make for faster recovery after a shift.

thanks. everyone for answrering, i have the recirc kit ofr it, but everyoneis telling me that my VTA work fine, why mess with it.
