Curious to see if anyone knows exactly how many of these cars were made?

 

They are still being made. There have been a good amount of threads about production numbers. Just do a search...

 

Many mags have published that Mitsu will make as many USDM Evo8 they can sell.

 

Looks like they wont make many then since the markups are so high

 

cant and wont be able to sell a huge amount of 180whp evo8's............. when you can get a 223 hp srt-4 for $10K LESS.

Just kidding.... i love my car..... and do a simple search , or pick up any recent car magazine........ok here..... 5-6500.

Dealers profit from markups imposed on desperate fans who can't wait to drive an Evo. Like I have mentioned on a different post, one will be able to drive away an Evo for invoice +2% in a year or so. Just be patient.

 

Would you guys stop with this 180WHP thing, it's killing me!! HAHAHAHA...

 

Only 5000 were made, but only 200 of those are in the US right now, thats why it has a high mark up since its so limited.
