Sorry to sound like a Evo newbie but what would have to be done for the turbo outlet that I hear when your on full boost its LOUD.

sorry to burst your bubble guys, but my invidia 3" downpipe with a atp cut-out would be the loudest hehe!

I have got an RSR with resontated test pipe and cammed and it sounds nasty as hell.. very loud, but at some rpms it can be dead silent.. not quite as loud as the Greedy Ti cars I have heard though with cams and test pipes.. that exhuast is not even streetable.
