What do you mean by "it's a datalogger"? Usually, dataloggers are just other devices that get used to log data...like a Palm Pilot or laptop.

93 talons were not ODB-II, so it won't be compatible with your Evo in its current form. Anyway, you don't buy a diagnostic port. A port is a port...meaning it's a "dock" of sorts where you connect a cable. You can find it by reaching under the dash right above your right knee. There's a plastic connector sticking, which is where you plug in the hotsync cable along with the T16-003 interface that is required (this one you buy). Then, you have to have the right software for an ODB-II car.
