Big Thanks to Dan Buschur

Some of you may not know who Dan Buschur is, he is the Brother of David Buschur and he runs Buschur Automotive which performs all the mechanical installation work at Buschur racing in Wakeman, OH.

Last week I found that my new pistons were incompatable with my ultra agressive cams so Buschur Racing offered to re-machine the pistons with larger valve reliefs and re-install the engine if i could get the car there this week so that it would be ready in time for this week's NOPI race in Norwalk, Ohio.

With a new motor ready to bolt in and my car in basket case condition with all the fastners and parts in a big washing tub it looked to me like it would be a long could pf days of work to install the new motor.

Amazingly, Dan Buschur and his helper Steve had my car put all back together and RUNNING in 3 hours

The work was first rate with all fastners hand torqued and lock tight used where specified.

It would have taken me 3 days of solid work to get that car running - I was shocked that Dan could do it in 3 - and even more shocked when he was able to qucikly diagnose a problem I had with my head which has been bothering me for some time and correct it all in quick order.

They figured out all the custom things on my car withoyut any problem and they did perfect work and attention to detail. I am 1,000% pleased

Dan Buschur - a certified master tech and great guy - I recomend him for all your evo mechanical needs

I remember at one of the shootouts Dan killed a trans in their old orange AWD. He took the car back to the shop yanked the trans, swapped the center diff into a new trans, and made it back to the track without missing a qualifying session. Not too many people can pull stuff like that off.

Glad we could help out Al. Hands down, Daniel (Dan) is the best mechanic I have ever seen. Not because he is my brother but because he gets the job done and done right. Cars come in here and get built on a day-to-day basis, some are in and out so quick I don't even know what was done to them.

There are two seperate business's here actually. Buschur Racing, which is the parts side of it that I own and operate and then there is Buschur Automotive, same building but completely different business and owned by Dan.

One thing you don't have to worry about here is bringing a car and having it sit for months or hell even years. We are no Ohio's PREMIERE STORAGE facility.

Thanks again Al and we hope to see some of your records fall this weekend with the new combination.

haha mad props to the Buschur brothers again! I was talking to a local Audi mechanic the other day when my friend had to pick something up for his S4. We got to talking about the EVO and he was telling me he got to meet Dan & David at a meet in Ohio and he seriously went on for 10 minutes singing praise about you guys!

Be it a long drive from DE if my car ever needs any work its only stop will be to your garage!

damn i all i keep on hearing is how good buscher really is. to bad i live all the way down here in southwest florida. would love to see their shop and meet these guys first hand. and give them the keys to my evo be like haft at it. do what ever you want(only if the prices is right not to break the bank)just make sure the run makes it into the 10's or even better. but i better crawl before i run. so i guess i should just go with the stages. so i can see the increase my self and go from their. do you think?
