problems with lancershop.com?
UPDATE: got in touch with the actual lancershop and everything was resolved..good guys to work with, once you get in touch with them.
they get my stamp of approval.
hey guys im just wondering if any of you guys had problems with lancer shop? i placed an order friday morning, money was taking out friday at noonish. got an email saying it was taking out of my acct. then saturday the money was put back in my acct.
now it's monday still no word about shipping, money is still in my acct. i even ordered it 2nd day select to try and have it here by tuesday or wednesday. but now it's looking wont have it till maybe the end of the week if they dont get it out today.
anyone have any feedback on that site?

Lol seems you dont know how credit transactions work. THey just reserved that amount until the product ships. Wait a couple days..that money they put back in (really didnt) will officlaly "POST" and you will see that it was really taken out. Dont' worry..its simple banking
Lancershop is a well respective and reliable comany. Sounds like the bank screwd up, lancershop billing made a mistake, or something went wrong with your order.
I would definately make a greater effort trying to resolve this problem before posting it up here for thousands to read since you placed an order less than 12 buisness hour ago.
Just be patient but good luck nonetheless.

I remember one time after my paycheck was deposited I paid some bills, as I usually do, and they were sent out. Well, right after they were sent both me and my wife's paychecks were taken back out of the account sending my funds into the red zone. I talked to one of the accountants in person and she said they had a computer failure, so I asked her what should I do about the $200 of fees piled up from your mistake. To make the story short - it was a big pain in the aass recovering.

recently, they've outsourced their customer service to a vendor. So calling these people will seriously just waste your time...I've had a very fustrating experience doing this a couple of months ago.
Best bet is PM LancerShop on this forum, I found this to be the quickest way to figure any administrative problems.
All in all, the guys behind LancerShop are great, just their 3rd party service vendor needs to know LancerShop's business better, b/c it's making them look really bad.

^^ just their outsourced customer service reps on the phone....if you can somehow get through to the actual lancershop guys then you wont' have any problems.
So best bet is still PMing them over EvoM, they're very quick if additional actions needed to be taken, just have all your info ready...like your order numbert...etc.

yea that's why i asked..cause i didnt enjoy the fact that when i called the lady who picked up had no idea what i was talking about. so of course that will cause some concern on my end. the site looks well done as well as the advertising they do on these forums. but the customer service needs to be stepped up a tad.
update:
i did give them a call. then 5 minutes later i got a confirmation email with tracking # hahaha..which i thought was hilarious. but still the bank issue has not been taking care of. oh well ill let you guys know how it goes.
