Barnes and Noble has SCC, at least in our area. B&N's magazine racks are some of the best in town...

 

I haven't seen a new issue anywhere yet. It's still the month with the Cobb car on the cover everywhere around me.

Yes, it's relatively old but it's the latest available until the next issue.

 

April 03 SCC (Cobb WRX on the front) has an article on the Evo, but no dyno info.

I don't think the next SCC comes out for another week or so around here...

 

Is the new SCC out to subscribers this week? If yes, I guess the rest of us will have to wait another week or so till they show up at the news stands.

Just got the may issue. They got 240hp @ 6250 rpm and 254 lb-ft @3800. This was done on the HKS dyno in Gardena, Cali. Best 1/4 mile was 13.34 @100mph with under 400 miles on the odom. 0-60 was 4.9 secs on that run. Skidpath was .95. On their 700 ft slalom they did a 73.1 mph run. This was the car that was at LACR that did the 13.882. Don't have a scanner, sorry. I just picked it up at Borders.
