the key to having it flush with your body panels is with the PERFECT OFFSET to clear your Brembos....

no, to both questions....I run 245/40/18 tires....

Offset = is the distance from the inside surface of the dished center to the inside rim lip.

So how do i figure out the correct offset ? Would fender rolling help me withthis situation ? Oh and when they say fender roll is that the inside of the car or the outside painted portion ?

Our stock offset is +35. You should use this as a starting point to selecting an offset, an improper offset might not clear the Brembos.

So after reading the offset guide would it be better to have less of an offset to push the rims deeper into the well but clear the caliper as well ?

Try Adam at Z1 Performance. He helped me a great deal with my wheels and they turned out great!

I only have 245s and I get some rubbing in the right fender.

It all depends on the car. It's not that hard to find a place to roll you fenders. I did it myself with a metal pipe. Whatever works I guess.
