Well I use to own a 2000 turbo honda civic si ..fun, fast on the roll, and very likely to get stolen if left in the wrong spot overnight..Got tired of looking out window everynight praying my car did not get stolen...Someone offered me 10000.00 without the turbo kit..So I said Japanese supercar or pick my car up from storage lot stripped one day.....So now I got a 2003 evo 8 rally red

what makes you think that if you were wearing so bad about the si in your neighboorhood that you wont have to worry about the evo, heh

I got my 03 used as well. I have been very lucky and the only problems I have had have been my fault.

you know how easy it is to steal a civic? you could prolly get in and start a civic with any acura honda key that is in any way worn... that's how bad it is.

nice ... i would like to be another person who goes from Si to EVO *preferably the IX*

yeah the Si is a nice car to drive *in fact my first manual car* ... no mods or anything to mine although i would like to get a body kit, tint, rims, new dash unit ... little things like that

nothing on the engine simply cause i dont knoe anything about that hahah ... but maybe anything that would increase air passage and get me better mpg would do?

but @ this point i could care less because i would be more than happy to pay my gas for the new evo ix ....

congrats on the evo ... big diff from the Si eh?

I had a 00' si as well before,He is right the b16a engine is one or the best honda engines built, when i traded it in it was 1 of only 30 in portland that was never stolen or wrecked, they are easy to steal and the engine can go in any thing thats why, EVO's are not in demand because only a 4g63 type engine displacment car could use the parts not many left besides the evo
