Hotchkis Tuning: awesome customer service

Just thought I would add that Hotchkis Tuning has some exceptional customer service..I have one of the original Hotchkis sway bars, one of the brackets on this piece has shown a tendency to break under full stiff (my understanding is that they have fixed this problem on the newer bars). The bar went throw about 5 autoxs and some heavy street abuse untill i finally discovered it had snapped yesterday. I had my final autox of the season coming up on saturday... thought I was going to be SOL, but called hotchkis thursday morning and they are overnighting me a new and improved set of brackets for the sway bar.

I broke those brackets last year and they apologized for not being able to overnight them to me!
Great customer service!

Hotchkis sway bar brackets have been breaking on Celicas since the year 2000 when they got into the import business. I personally know 4 Celica drivers in the SFR region that have had theirs break - and I'm one of them.

They're never going to fix the problem until they start using better materials. Their sway bars are awesome though. It was the best mod I ever made on my Celica.

Their freaking springs have been on back order for what will be about 1.5 months. That is crap. I wish TEIN would duplicate their spring rates.
