My girlfriend just got a GG EVO9 yesterday. I was wondering if anyone knows if the EVO9 trunk badge is out yet?if so , who sells it

Also, what color would you get on the badge on a GG?.

The satin black ones look really good, much better than chrome on a GG imo.

 

is there a evo IX badge? i havent even seen it on the JDM's

all i've seen is the lancer evolution badge, even on the UKs' and the JDMs'

 

I bought my EVO8 MR badge from Lancershop but it looks like no one anticipated this high demand item even knowing that the EVO 9 was going to be for sale by the end of the year.

I already did a serach on the internet but couldn't find anything.

What about tuners adding evo 9 to their parts catalog so we know what parts will work on evo 9s?!

Yeah, no kidding. The EVOLUTION8 badge was perhaps the most beautiful enhancing cosmetic item you could put in the back of a EVO.

I remember when I bought my car, I was wondering, why in the hell I have seen many EVO8 with the chrome badge and mine does not have it. I later found out it was an aftermarket piece.

One thing to critizie on the EVO8and Evo 9 is the simplicity of the factory logo, I simply don't like it, it is very ugly, $hit , even the regular lancer has a much nicer badge than the freakin EVO..

 

lol you could always just get the Evolution VIII badge and get a X and just make it into a IX

 

there is no EVO 7/8 style trunk badge for the IX, they all came with the smaller ugly badges

 

Is it ok to remove the ugly lancer evolution badge on a new car?... because I can't wait to remove it but don't want to mess up the paint...do you use dental floss and just a degreaser to remove the sticky stuff?
