I was on the Cross Bronx Expressway in New York and saw a black Evo. It didn't have any plates, just the temp license plate on the window. Has anyone in New York recieved their cars yet?

Yep, first on the list but the East coast hasn't recieved theirs yet. The furthest east was Alabama. This wait is killing me.
Dealer says the only new vehicles coming next week are Endeavors
