Damn, that bumper looks horrible. Good luck sorting things out.
That is a replica, right?

[this bumper is made by extreme dimensions / extremedimensions.com they call it dureflex. Comes in white, fits really bad + very expensive.[/QUOTE]

that explains a lot. I bought an extreme dimensions bumper for my 300ZX that was a JUN clone. It fit like ***. Looked like ***. Looks like same color and texture as your CWest copycat.

I'm not sure how good the quality is of a genuine C-West bodykit, but it can't be worse than an extreme dimensions piece. Generally, it's a bad idea to buy copy cat body products..

Not really the vendors fault.. Extreme Dimensions just makes crap products, what you got is the norm for them.

Evo8.com did not make any contact by my ultimatum date, so I just got off the phone with my CC company. My payment to them is being credited to my account, and they are "under investigation".

This is my first bad transaction. I've never had a bad transaction that I've had to get my money back from before. Should I go through paypal or my Credit card company?

My transaction has settled, as my credit card has refunded my money to me.

if the guy(s) at evo8 already took out the money from their paypal account, paypal can't/won't do sh*t to help you, but say "too bad." i suggest you contact your credit card company.

Incorrect. If you have the funds in your bank account, Paypal can pull back that money and place a hold onto it until a decision has been made. I've had them do this earlier this year.

He's right, I have dealt with the same issue with Paypal.
