doesnt really matter Farmers or not, just get a lawyer if you want to get everything back.

find a lawyer that handles car accident. for example, my friend got hit by truck and all he does is call police, find this good lawyer and "tell" the lawyer what happened.... then physical treatment every week and then checks coming ..

so FIND A DAMN LAWYER .
