I have a Prolumen Galaxy HID kit already installed on my 05 Evo. Will DS2 bulbs work on this kit if i tried to do a swap? you will need new connectors from the ballast to the bulb. Becuase most ballast connectors are not removeable this will require splicing. Personally I would not dare try that.

Sell the kit and buy a new ballast / bulb combo thats OEM D2S is my advice.

I was under the impression that it was very difficult to install JDM MR headlights into 04 RS's, or 05's w/o SSL package due to the fact the engine harnesses are different b/w the HID and non-HID equipped EVO's. I may be wrong, though.

Ill let you know what i decide to do. If i decide not to paint the headlights and buy MR headlights, i can definitely sell them to you

 

all you need to do is contact Devin from the Xenon Store, he can swap out bulbs for you if you need with an adapter.
