Mitsubishi updated their website

Mitsubishi has recently updated the Lancer Evolution section of their website: http://www.mitsubishicars.com/lancerevolution/

It's mostly a rehash of the original microsite but you can now build your own Evo and there is also a list of the accesories with prices BEFORE installation. Probably some other new stuff too... Check it out.

Yikes! Side air deflectors:

And, of course, the $300 wheels locks we know all about here in mark-up land:

plus i noticed in the finance section u can't figure out MMCA financing on the Evo...so that means they really don't finance it through MMCA

can anyone tell me the reason why they won't finance their own car

actually on some cars (the WRX comes to mind here) adding aftermarket grounding cables was a good mod. You really don't gain any HP, but your HP/torque curves smooth out..

I think it does increase hp/torque on a poorly grounded car. WTF, can't the japanese make a car with good grounding? It's never is brought up for domestic.

The 350Z also has the grounding cables as an option, and its proven to make 5-7 hp on a dyno. Biggest benefit was a more stable idle speed, with testing showing a much tighter idle speed range over time, with less wander. Apparently the grounding kit cleans up the signals to the ECU from the various sensors, and lets everything work like its supposed to. Not to say $20 worth of good cable and soldered ends won't accomplish the same thing.
