What kind of Power will I be making with these mods?

In a months time or so, I should have the last of these parts in.

I'm hoping to hit the 400whp mark, and get as close to 400lb-ft tq as possible.

But realistically, what kind of power level will I see with the following mods on my 04 Evo 8 on 93 octane?

- Injen intake
- White rabbit turbo
- FP wastegate actuator
- 2.5" lower ic piping
- TurboXS intercooler
- Injen 2.5" upper ic piping
- Hks ssq bov
- Hks 272/272 cams
- NGK BPR7ES plugs
- Walbro fuel pump
- Hallman MBC
- 720cc Injectors
- Methanol Injection (100% Meth)
- HKS DLI-2 Ignition Amplifier
- 3" downpipe
- 3" test pipe
- 3" catback exhaust
- Dynoflash

I'm debating whether or not to go with the new RnR (stock turbo/WR/TME) Exhaust Manifold.

Don't know how much that will help me. Will it help with spool up time?

Let me know

Thanks in advance!

what would be your reasons for choosing the 20g over the WR?

Well if he is referring to the 20G-9, it has a much larger compressor housing. Not to mention it's cheaper than the White Rabbit, depending on where you are coming from and which 20G you plan to get.

I don't see any type of boost control unless you are letting the flash do it. You have some good mods there, but you seem to miss the most basic of all that is essential in making the most out of your mods....an aftermarket exhaust.

Seems that if you are going that far with the mods, you'd either get a stand alone or the XEDE rather than a flash of some sort. The reason I say this is that you can have more than one map available plus you can control your methanol injection, etc. Seems like you could easily get to the 400+ whp with race gas so your goal could be achieved. OTOH, you might not want the highest level of power for everyday driving (I guess you might want to drive that monster everyday ). Anyway, a flash is a one shot deal and if you want to change any parameters you are depending on the availability of the reflasher in person...... With the XEDE or stand alone, you can data log and do your own tuning...... Oh yeah, you can lose the MBC as well

With that setup on the stock turbo, you would see anywhere from 360 whp- 390, and 390-420 tq. I dont have any experience with WR turbos, so cant help u there

I'd rather stick with reflash, mainly beacuse i'm not capable of doing any tuning myself. And second, it's my daily driver, i'd like to get in and just drive, and not have to worry about anything.

I have the White Bunny -- it's great and it fits in the stock housing. Consider and Apexi AFC II to tune your air/fuel ratio. Also, you will need guages for Boost, Exhaust Temp., and Air/Fuel Ratio.

I never dyno, so I don't know what whp and tq I make, but I can tell you the car is fast with many (but not all) of the mods you propose.

would you recommend I take some mods out?

As for gauges, I have a boost, egt, oil pressure, and oil temp.

I'm also getting a wideband.

I made 365whp on a stock 03 turbo on my 03 WW...this was basically a BR stage 4...
With these mods you will be around 400whp given the right tuning is done..

A ported/polished TB will gain you 5-8whp accross your whole power band and better response too

Yes throttle body. The more air you can efficiently flow to the motor will definately increase power throughout the band.

It is my belief that you will be over 400whp, given the proper ecu and MI tuning.
